• Rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) on a per villa per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 8% Tourism Goods & Services Tax and USD 8.00 Maldivian Bed Tax per person per night. Taxes are subject to change according to local legislature.
• Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1100 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1100 hours –1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be subject to a charge of 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is USD 124.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.
• Extra person charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is USD 204.00 (Land Villa) or USD 219.00 (InOcean Villa) per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
• Children, 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, dine at 50% off regular menu’s prices except for kid’s menu. An extra person’s charge applies for existing bedding or an extra bed, subject to availability.
• An extra person’s charge with breakfast for children, 4 to 12 years, is USD 62.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.
• An extra person’s charge with full board supplement (breakfast, lunch and dinner)  for children, 4 to 12 years, is USD 102.00 (Land Villa) or USD 110.00 (InOcean Villa) per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes.

Other Information

• The mandatory transfer to the hotel from Male Airport will be booked by hotel on behalf of guests and is arranged either by seaplane (operational day hours between 06:00 and 16:00 only) or by combination of domestic flight and speedboat (operational night hours between 18:00 and 01:00).
• Return transfer charge for Velavaru varies through the season ranging from USD 390.00 to 500 per person. Fares are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing taxes. Children, who are 2 - 11 years, are entitled to 50% discount of normal adult’s fare and 0-2 years will be free of charge.
• Check-in baggage allowance is 20 kg per paying passenger.
• Due to the layout, design and safety issues related to the InOcean Villas, it is not recommended for families with children under 12 years.  Allowing children to stay in the villas will be at the discretion of the parents.

• A 1 night deposit will be charged within 48 hours of booking which is refundable if cancelled prior to the cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
