• Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
• Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• No pets are allowed.

Child Policy

• Infants and toddlers, who are below 4 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding with our compliments.
• Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu.

Other Information

• Airport transfer is available at RMB 550.00 nett (Audi A6) per car per way, up to 3 persons. Passenger Van is also available at RMB 600.00 nett per van per way, up to 6 persons. Advance reservation is required.
• Hangzhou Train Station transfer is available at RMB 400.00 nett (Audi A6) per car per way, up to 3 persons. Passenger Van is also available at RMB 400.00 nett per van per way, up to 6 persons. Advance reservation is required.
• Due to the layout of the room, no extra bed or baby cot can be provided.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Peak Period: Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival, including no-show, will be subject to a charge of 1 night’s prevailing room rate.
• Peak Period （9 - 15 February 2013, 4 - 5 April 2013, 29 April–1 May 2013, 10 - 11 June 2013, 19 - 20 September 2013, 1–6 October 2013(All dates inclusive)) –Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, including no-show and early departure, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the entire stay.
• For Early Bird Advantage Bookings – Reservation is non-cancellable, fully non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking.
