• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for this offer
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and gift certificates.
• Hotel credits are restricted for use during earned period of stay and cannot be used for other stays
• Hotel credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Hotel credits are not valid for Destination dining.
• This offer is inclusive of 2 breakfasts per occupied bedroom.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in RMB
• Rates quoted are subject to 15% service charge
• Children below 12 years old stays for free with existing bedding (exclude benefits)
• Check-in time is from 1400 hrs; Check-out time is before 1200 hrs
• Request for early check in and late departure is subject to availability. From 1200-1800 hours: 50% off Best Available Rate of the day. Beyond 1800 hours: 100% of Best Available Rate of the day.

All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. Reservation will be cancelled at the hotel's discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
 - 100% charge for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival date including no-shows and early departures.
 No-shows and early departures are subjected to 100% penalty charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Non Peak Season (1 April to 8 Oct): Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, 1 night price will be charged.
• Peak Season (Public holidays & All Fri and Sat): Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, full night price will be charged.
•  No-shows and early departures are subjected to 100% penalty charge.

General Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Renminbi (RMB) on a per room per night basis.
• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. 
• Check-in time is 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
• Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day. 
• Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to guarantee the booking per our cancellation policies.
• Reservations will be cancelled at the resort’s discretion without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
• Extra person charge with breakfast is RMB 220.00 per person per night, subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax. 
• No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation is non-cancellable. A full non-refundable prepayment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
